PestWhiz Home Protection Program: (with attic monitoring)

          This program is designed to protect your home from all of Florida's most common crawling insects.

We begin with an extensive initial, in which we thoroughly inspect interior and perform a thorough crack crevice treatment throughout interior of your home as needed. We install monitors under sinks to be inspected during interior visits. During this visit we also treat entire attic space and install a monitor which will detect any rodent or pest activity going forward. Exterior of home and lanai cage are thoroughly swept including your garage. A Safe residual is applied from baseline to roofline of your home including all possible crevices and entry points. We normally to a dual treatment with granules as well.

General one Time Treatments:

          All of our one-time treatments carry a 45-day guarantee and cover a variety of pests such as Roaches, Ants, Millipedes, Spiders, Earwigs, Silvefish, Stored Product Pests.

* A Few Pests that may require additional treatments: Bedbugs, German Roaches, Carpenter Ants, White Footed & Big-headed ants

These Pests are Also not covered under our home protection program.
